Bubble Car Museum Run The E. Mids section had a camping weekend on 9th/10th May at Byard's Leap near Cranwell in Lincolnshire. Five Coventry Section bikes left from Chris C's at 9.30 on Saturday morning to enjoy a super cross country route on mostly quiet "A" roads. John T met us at the site a little later. On arrival at the campsite there was plenty to talk about as always when motor cyclist get together. Unfortunately the Bubble Car Museum was closed for renovation but the transport cafe nearby provided a good meal at lunch time. There were 14 Vincent machines in attendance and they were all lined up for a "photo opportunity". We enjoyed more talking and examining of machines until late in the afternoon when we made our farewells and enjoyed a warm sunlit ride home. Thanks to Andrew and Kim of the E. Mids section for providing us with a focus for our run and to Chris C for devising our route. We hope that the E. Mids section enjoyed continued good weather for the rest of the weekend. Eddy
