VMCC Autumn Run A few of the Coventry Section VOC supported the Warwick VMCC Autumn Run on
Sunday October 11th. The weather kept threatening to pick up but we set
off under a grey sky. It didn't seem to be raining but I was constantly
having to wipe droplets of water from my visor, weird. The route was
excellent and although there was no intermediate stop listed on the card I
was unable to stop the Rapide turning into the café car park at Wellesbourne
aerodrome. Tony and Linda on their Ariel also succumbed to the irresistible
force of cake and a hot drink. Suitably fortified we continued along the
lanes eventually reaching the end of the route and lunch stop at The Friendly
Inn, Frankton. Maurice T cruised around on his BMW, Chris C gave his
Shadow a run out with Alan B was on his flat tank Sunbeam.
