Winter Pennine Rally

The Lancs. & Cheshire Section put on the Winter Pennine Rally over the weekend of November 27th - 30th.  Some hardy Coventry Section members attended the event that was centred around picturesque Edale in Derbyshire.
Chris W reports that the weather was wet on Friday and they had some snow on Saturday with temperatures around 2° C.  They had a good time and had a ride up to the reservoirs where during WWII the Dam Busters did their practice runs prior to using Barnes Wallace's Bouncing Bomb in anger.
