Winter Walk 28-02-10

Ian organised the winter walk starting from Balsall Common.  The weather forecast the evening before the walk was absolutely dire.  Despite the promised deluge the walkers actually had a fine day with only a sprinkle of rain at the start.  Peter French brought along some family and friends so the numbers were boosted to fourteen walkers and a dog.  Reports suggest that the walk was enjoyed by all and a special mention for Ian's youngest son Jack who walked the whole route.  The walk finished with a well deserved meal at the pub.  Many thanks to Peter for the information and photographs.
